Nike Metcons fit true to size. The full US, UK, EU and centimetre chart, a size calculator keyed to it, plus live Metcon stock and buyable sizes at PUSHAS.
Updated October 2026: the chart now carries every half size Nike publishes up to a US men's 18, including 14.5, 15.5, 16.5 and 17.5, the calculator reads the same rows, and the stock table is re-read from live listings.
The short answer: Nike Metcons fit true to size. Take your usual Nike size and you will be right, whether you are lifting in them or running intervals. The one thing worth getting right is the measurement you size from — use the Foot Length (cm) column in the chart below, which is keyed to Nike's own published chart.
PUSHAS carries the Metcon and Free Metcon in men's and women's sizing, from the Free Metcon 7 'Black White' to the women's-run colourways, every pair authenticated by hand — so once this guide has settled your size, you can see exactly what is buyable in it further down the page.

The steps between half sizes are not even: they run roughly 0.4 to 0.5 cm. If your measurement falls between two rows, take the larger one. Above a US M14 Nike's chart keeps running in half sizes, all the way to a US M18.
Nike also prints a CM/JP number on the box label, and it is not the same as foot length — size from the Foot Length (cm) column above, and see the complete Nike size guide for both columns side by side.
Nike Metcons fit true to size for most people. As a training shoe designed for stability and versatility, the Metcon provides a secure fit that is crucial for everything from heavy lifts to quick movements. The engineered mesh upper offers strategic containment while maintaining breathability.
The shoe features a durable construction with a wide, stable heel and flexible forefoot, creating a reliable training platform that feels consistent throughout your workouts. The Free Metcon is the more flexible sibling — built to move with a workout rather than anchor it — and it follows the same chart and the same true-to-size rule.
| Shoe | Built for | The look |
|---|---|---|
| Nike Metcon | Heavy lifts and training sessions, in your usual Nike size | A wide, stable heel and a flexible forefoot |
| Nike Free Metcon | Workouts that need more forefoot flex, same size as the Metcon | A softer, more flexible build on the same chart |

For the most accurate size selection:
Take the longest distance from heel to longest toe in centimetres, then find it in the Foot Length (cm) column of the chart above.
Knowing your size only helps if the pair is buyable in it. These are Metcon and Free Metcon colourways live at PUSHAS, with the sizes currently on the board. The live listing shows the current price.

The full range sits in the Nike Metcon collection, and the wider Nike collection covers everything else. For the colourways worth having, read our ranked guide to the best Nike Metcon colourways. If you are cross-shopping other Nike silhouettes, the complete Nike size guide covers the range and flags the one model that does not fit true to size, and the Nike Kobe size guide handles the basketball side.
Yes. Metcons and Free Metcons follow Nike's standard size chart, so your usual Nike size is the right one. The fit is deliberately secure through the midfoot for stability under load, which some people read as snug rather than small.
A US M10, which is a US W11.5, a UK 9, an EU 44 and 27.1 cm of foot length. Metcons do not need a size adjustment.
Usually not. The Metcon's last is already relatively accommodating through the forefoot, so most wide-footed wearers stay true to size. If your current Nike size already feels tight across the ball of the foot, take the half size up rather than a full size.
A US W10.5. Nike men's and women's sizing runs 1.5 sizes apart, and on PUSHAS the two are shown together wherever the brand publishes both, in the form "US M 9 / W 10.5".
They follow the same size chart and the same true-to-size rule. The Free Metcon is built to flex more through the forefoot, so it feels softer underfoot, but the size you take does not change.
The Metcon and Free Metcon are live at PUSHAS in men's and women's sizing, every pair authenticated by hand, with global shipping from Sydney and Los Angeles.
Nike Metcons offer a consistent and reliable fit that is essential for training performance. Take your usual Nike size, measure in centimetres if you are converting from another brand, and use the chart and calculator above to confirm it.
Remember that while these guidelines work for most people, personal comfort preference and training style play a role in finding your perfect fit.
Every pair at PUSHAS is authenticated by hand and ships worldwide from Sydney and Los Angeles, so you can shop with confidence.
Note: this size guide is a general reference. Individual fit may vary slightly based on personal preference and foot shape, so treat it as a starting point rather than a guarantee.
