Air Jordans fit true to size — buy your usual Nike size. The full US, women's, Youth, UK, EU and foot-length chart, verified against Nike's own published sizing, plus the Air Jordan sizes buyable a...
Updated October 2026 — the US men's 14.5, 15.5, 16.5 and 17.5 rows added to the size chart from Nike's published men's chart, and the note that the chart runs in whole sizes only above a US men's 14 removed.
The short answer: Air Jordans fit true to size. Buy your usual Nike size. If you are between sizes, or your feet are wide, take the half size up. Everything below is the detail — the full conversion chart, men's to women's, UK, Youth and Grade School, and what is actually buyable right now.
PUSHAS carries Air Jordans in adult and Grade School sizing, from best-sellers like the Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG 'Year of the Dragon' (2024) across the full Air Jordan collection — so once this guide has settled your size, you can see exactly what is live in it further down the page.
Whether you are shopping Air Jordan 1s, Air Jordan 3s or Air Jordan 4s, this is the guide.

Measure your foot, find the closest figure in the Foot Length (cm) column, and read across for your US, women's, Youth, UK and EU equivalents. Measure late in the day, standing, and use the larger foot.
Air Jordans fit true to size. Buy the same size you wear in other Nike sneakers — the Air Jordan 1, the 4, the 5 and the 11 all work off the same Nike last chart, so your number does not need adjusting between them.
Two caveats worth knowing. If you sit between sizes, take the half size up rather than down; there is very little give in a leather Jordan upper across the width. And if your feet are wide, the half size up is the more comfortable call, particularly in the higher cuts.

This is the single thing people get wrong most often, so here it is in both directions.
Nike men's and women's sizing is exactly 1.5 sizes apart. A US men's 7 is labelled a US women's 8.5. That pairing is printed on the box, and PUSHAS listings show both, in the form “US M 9 / W 10.5”, wherever the brand publishes a women's equivalent for that size — so you rarely have to convert anything yourself. Grade School listings are the exception: they are labelled in Youth sizes only.
So if you wear a men's 8 and you want a colourway released only in women's sizing, you are looking for a women's 9.5. Going the other way, if you wear a women's 7, your men's size is a 5.5.

Yes, in length. The Low, Mid and High all run true to size, so if you have settled on a size in Jordan 1 Lows, that same size carries across to Mids and Highs.
What changes is volume rather than length. The High and Mid have more collar and more panelling around the ankle and instep, so they feel more contained on foot than a Low in the same size. If you have a high instep and the High feels tight, the half size up is the fix — not a different size in the Low.
For sizing purposes, yes. Whether you are in Jordan 4s, Jordan 1s, 5s or 6s, the chart above is the one to read, and your usual Nike size is the one to buy.
Where silhouettes differ is in shape rather than length — upper materials, collar height and how much room sits over the instep all change how a pair feels without changing which size you need. If a particular pair feels snug for you across the width, the half size up is the adjustment, and it is the same adjustment in every model.

If your feet are at the smaller end of the adult range, Grade School pairs are worth checking: it is the same shoe on the same last, and GS listings often open up a colourway that is harder to find in adult sizing.
Nike's Big Kids range runs 3.5Y to 7Y, and 7Y is the largest Youth size there is. There is no 8Y, no 9Y and no 10Y — above 7Y, Nike moves to men's sizing, and 7Y and a men's 7 are the same length. The Grade School listings in the stock table below sit inside exactly the range Nike publishes.
To convert:
If your women's size is above 8.5, Grade School will not go big enough and men's sizing is where to look.
They are the same. Jordan is a Nike brand and both use the same published footwear chart, so the size you wear in Nike is the size you wear in Jordan and vice versa. There are individual pairs that feel narrower or roomier than average, but the number does not change.
| Built for | Air Jordan | Size to take |
|---|---|---|
| A standard fit | Air Jordan 1, 4, 5 or 11 | Your usual Nike size |
| Wide feet, or between sizes | Any Air Jordan | Half a size up |
| A high instep | Air Jordan 1 Mid or High | Half a size up |
| Smaller feet, up to a women's 8.5 | Grade School (3.5Y to 7Y) | Your women's size minus 1.5 |
Knowing your size only helps if the pair is buyable in it. These are Air Jordan pairs live at PUSHAS, with the sizes currently on the board — Grade School included, so you can see the Youth range in practice.
| Pair | Sizes buyable |

| Air Jordan 1 High 'Pollen' GS (2021) | 4Y–7Y, all half sizes — 7 sizes |
| Air Jordan 1 'Royal Toe' GS | 3.5Y–7Y, all half sizes — 8 sizes |
| Air Jordan 1 High OG 'Light Fusion Red' (2021) | US M3.5–M13 all half sizes, plus M14 and M15 — 22 sizes |
| Air Jordan 1 'Royal Toe' (2020) | US M5, M6, M7–M13 all half sizes, plus M14 — 16 sizes |

The full range sits in the Air Jordan collection. For a model-specific breakdown, see the complete Jordan 1 size guide or the complete Jordan 4 size guide. For the rest of the Nike range, the complete Nike size guide covers every silhouette, and the Air Force 1 size guide covers the one Nike model that does not run true to size; if you are cross-shopping, our comparison of the Dunk against the Air Jordan 1 Low covers how those two differ on foot. Yes. Air Jordans run true to size, so buy your usual Nike size. If you sit between sizes or have wide feet, take the half size up rather than down.
Neither for most people — go true to size. Size up half a size only if you are between sizes, have wide feet, or have a high instep and are buying a Mid or High.
A US women's 9.5. Nike men's and women's sizing is exactly 1.5 sizes apart, and PUSHAS listings show both numbers wherever the brand publishes a women's equivalent.
A US men's 5.5. Subtract 1.5 from your women's size to get the men's equivalent.
A UK 8. Nike's UK number sits half a size below the US men's number up to a US men's 6.5, then a full size below it from a US men's 7 — which is why UK 6 covers both a US men's 6.5 and a US men's 7 on the chart above.
A foot length of 26.2 cm. The number printed on the box for that size is 27, because Nike's CM/JP box label and actual foot length are two different figures. Measure your foot and size from the Foot Length (cm) column.
7Y. Nike's Big Kids footwear range runs from 3.5Y to 7Y and stops there, so there is no 8Y or larger. A 7Y is the same length as a US men's 7, and above that you buy men's sizing.
A 4.5Y. Subtract 1.5 from your women's size to get the Youth equivalent. A women's 8.5 is a 7Y, the largest Youth size made.
In length, yes — both run true to size. The High has more collar and panelling, so it feels more contained around the ankle and instep than a Low in the same size, without needing a different number.
Yes. Jordan is a Nike brand and both use the same published footwear chart, so your Nike size is your Jordan size.
Air Jordans are live at PUSHAS in adult and Grade School sizing, every pair authenticated by hand, with global shipping from Sydney and Los Angeles.
Air Jordan sizing is simpler than it is usually made to sound: true to size, the same number as your Nike size, half a size up if you are between sizes or wide-footed. Men's to women's is 1.5 either way, women's to Youth is 1.5 down, and Youth stops at 7Y.
Every pair on PUSHAS is authenticated by hand and ships worldwide from Sydney and Los Angeles.
