Released in 2026, OP-16 is the 16th main expansion of the One Piece Card Game and introduces six new Leader cards, alongside a broad selection of Character, Event and Stage cards designed to expand deck-building possibilities. The set is particularly notable for its three Manga Rare cards featuring the Marine Admirals Sakazuki, Kuzan and Borsalino.

The Time of Battle OP-16 blister pack contains one sealed booster pack with 12 cards, offering collectors and players an accessible way to explore one of the One Piece Card Game's major 2026 releases. The expansion features 126+1 card types, including six Leaders, 45 Commons, 30 Uncommons, 26 Rares, 10 Super Rares, two Secret Rares, six Special Cards, one Treasure Rare and one DON!! Card, with alternate-art and parallel versions also available. The set's Paramount War theme brings together characters and storylines associated with Marineford and Impel Down, while its new Leaders include Portgas D. Ace, Monkey D.
