The Nike Free Metcon 5 'Smoke Grey' (DV3949-003) is a hybrid training shoe that combines Nike Free forefoot flexibility with a stable base for lifting. It comes in the Smoke Grey/Iron Grey/Black/Smoke Grey colourway, a tonal grey build over a black-accented sole.
Overview
The Free Metcon line merges two Nike training ideas: the flexible Nike Free platform and the stability of the Metcon. The Free Metcon 5 Smoke Grey carries a redesigned upper with an ankle-focused collar for easier entry.
A breathable, lightweight upper gives a sock-like feel with a 7/8-length inner sleeve, and plush foam around the collar adds ankle comfort. The wide heel creates a solid base for lifting, with softer interior foam paired with a firmer outer layer for durability. Nike Free technology in the forefoot flexes through burpees, planks and sprints, while wide internal webbing spreads pressure across the midfoot during stops and cuts.
A moulded heel clip, flexible webbing eyelets and rubber tread in high-wear areas round out the build. The muted grey palette suits circuit sessions and cardio days, and it is understated enough to wear outside the gym.

Return Process
Timeline: Email orders@pushas.com within 90 days of receiving your order. Include "Order Return (Your Order Number)" in the subject line.
Costs:
